The Pictograph (Box) of Size 1700 X 400 x 120 mm is constructed with 1.44 mm thick aluminum profiles with 20 microns anodizing / epoxy powder coating of approved Colour with necessary corner fittings.   The polycarbonate sandwich sheet of 3 mm thick of approved make having UV stability with transparency of 32-35% shall be used as base sheet.  The text / matter will be of electrocut computerized automated self adhesive vinyl graphics which is to be transferred on polycarbonate sheet.    Tri-lingual matter shall be displayed on each pictograph. The Colour of signs shall be white letter on gray back- ground similar to mactae gray or as approved. The height of English alphabets shall be 55 mm and that of Hindi and local language shall be of 95 mm with the matras. Local languages shall be displayed at the top of sign board followed by national language and then followed by English.

The pictograph shall be fabricated / mounted / installed as per detailed design and sections indicated in drawings.   All screws, nuts, bolts shall be Galvanised / MS powder coated.   The overall construction of illuminated sign board shall be rigid adequate to achieve required strength and suitable arrangement shall be made to cover visible accessories such as screws, nuts etc. to give aesthetic look to sign boards.   The pictographs shall be suspended on ceiling / wall with 2 Nos. down rod of size 38 mm X 3 mm duly powder coated of above approved colour.

The top hung signage’s box of size 1700 x 600 x 120 mm is constructed with suitable aluminum profiles anodized / powder coated of approved colour with necessary corner fittings.   The box shall be designed as per detail and sections indicated in the drawing.   The sandwiched polycarbonate sheet of 3 mm thick of approved make having UV stability with transparency of 32 – 35% shall be used as base sheet.   The text matter shall be of electrocut computerized automated self adhesive vinyl graphics to be transferred on polycarbonate sheet.   Tri-lingual matter as required shall be displayed on each box.   The colour of sign shall be white letters on grey back ground of approved colours.   The rear side shall be covered with anodized aluminium sheet of 14 gauge with due provision for fixing the lamps, chokes, starters etc.   The box shall be mounted with 38 mm dia., 3 mm thick pipe duly powder coated fitted on both sides of the box and suspended on ceiling / wall with suitable brackets / check nuts etc.   All screws, nuts, bolts, shall be of MS powder coated.   The overall construction of box shall be rigid, adequate to achieve required strength.   Suitable arrangement shall be made to cover visible accessories such as screws nuts, bolts etc. to give aesthetic look to sign boards.

The floor mounted sign board of outer size 2.0 Meter Height x 1.4 Meter Width x 120 mm depth shall be made from Aluminium Sections fabricated to form complete Sign structure as per detailed design and section indicated in the drawing enclosed. The upper half portion of board shall be made from 1.44 guage Al. extrusion / section with necessary corner fittings anodized / powder coated with approved colour.   The sandwiched polycarbonate sheet of 3 mm thick having UV stability with transparency of 32-35% shall be used as base sheet.  The text / matter shall be of electrocut computerised automated, self adhesive vinyl graphics which is to be transferred on polycarbonate sheet.   Tri-lingual matter shall be displayed on each board. The colour of signs shall be white letter on gray back-ground similar to mactae gray or as approved.    Required number of fluorescent fixtures shall be fixed to achieve uniform illumination.  The back side of the box shall be covered with 2 mm Aluminium Sheet. The lower half portion of the board Transparent Polycarbonate sheet shall be fixed with easy opening arrangement so as to change matter / display as required. Necessary arrangement for ventilation and electrical connection box shall be made as required.   The board shall be erected with the help of two Alumnium 76 mm dia. & min.2 mm. thick hollow circular pipe mounted on each side of the board with required size of base plate as per designs and sections indicated in the drawing enclosed.   The overall construction / installation of illuminated floor mounted board shall be rigid.

The Pictogram (cube) of inner size 300 mm X 300 mm X 300 mm shall be suitable to operated on 230 v,50 Hz electric supply with 9/11 watt CFL, electronic choke and holder separately.   The pictogram shall be as per sample available with AAI by doing additional modification for easy maintenance and of superior quality than sample / specification.   The pictogram shall be of rigid aluminium frame ( as per sample) with 20 microns anodizing / powder coating of approved colour casting powder coated side corners (four nos.) for the fixing of extrusion / polycarbonate sheet with all four sides sheets of size 300 mm X 300 mm X 2 mm each sheet with required necessary fittings.   The text / signage matter as per site requirement will be electrocut vinyl graphics sheet as desired by Engineer-in-charge transferred on unbreakable poly carbonate 2 mm thick sheet on all four sides.   The text / signage shall be white colour with gray background.   The top and bottom cover will be anodized aluminium sheet of 16 guage with suitable arrangement for fixing the 11 watt compact fluorescent lamp and electronic choke and holder separately.

The necessary powder coated 20 mm dia. , 3 mm thick  pipe & fitting on the top for fixing the cube on wall or suspended on ceiling / wall with suitable brackets / check nuts etc. shall be provided.   Necessary arrangement shall be made to cover all visible accessories such as screws, nuts, bolts etc. to give aesthetic look to signage.

The Box which houses the Blue CAP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets would be made out of complete Aluminum Frame work with 1.44 mm thick aluminum profiles with 20 microns anodizing / epoxy powder coating of approved Colour with necessary corner fittings.  The Size of the Signage and Lettering would be suitable as per requirement of the Airport in concerned. The polycarbonate  sheet of 2 mm thick of approved make having UV stability with transparency of 32-35% shall be used such that it forms a White background on the CAP sheets which would be stuck/ glued to the CAP sheets from the reverse.  The text matter will be of  computerized cut on CNC router machine.  Necessary maintenance to be carried out by sliding the sheet.
